State and federal agencies require us to provide certain information
regarding the number of financing applications submitted to us. This
information, when disclosed, is in aggregate form and does not contain
any of your personally identifiable information. State and federal examiners
may periodically audit consumer files. These audits ensure that we are
complying with the regulations in place to protect consumers.
