KMC specializes in securing capital to provide liquidity to real estate investors, developers, third party originators and family offices.

Our core service includes the nationwide origination of commercial real estate loans. We place these loans through our connections with life companies, banks, CMBS, bridge lenders and private investors.

About Kennedy Mortgage

The current President at Kennedy Mortgage is Keith Kennedy. He has over 35 years experience in the mortgage industry, and owned his own company for 25 of those years. Keith is personally responsible for originating over $1 billion of commercial loans. He works directly with investors as well as with brokers to get the deal done.
